Roslinks Connections

Roslinks Connections is based out of G-31 in the Gaurav Apartment complex in Saket. Saket is a nice enough part of South Delhi, and being in an apartment building makes the shop feel a bit more personal and less like a cold retail space. We are on the ground floor, which is handy for moving things in and out. It is a small setup, mostly just a couple of desks and a lot of networking gear and cables everywhere. Since we are in a residential-cum-commercial area, we get a mix of people. Some are just neighbors needing a quick fix, and others are from further away. The space is a bit cramped because we have so many connection devices and wires stored in the cupboards, but it works for us. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who have been doing this for years. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work on the connections. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when the phones are ringing off the hook. We don't go in for big marketing or fancy brochures. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. The neighborhood is friendly, and we often chat with the guards or the people living upstairs. It’s just a local business trying to stay busy and helpful.
