Saini Hotels

Saini Hotels is run from an office at B-63 in the Praya Varan Complex. This is on Ignou Road in the Neb Sarai area of New Delhi. Biswajit Ghosh is the one who mostly looks after things here. The complex is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but once you find B-63, it is pretty straightforward. We deal with the hotel side of things from this room. It is quite a busy street outside on Ignou Road, with students and locals always passing by. Delhi weather is tough, especially in the summer when it feels like the walls are radiating heat. We have some basic furniture and a lot of logbooks. We spend our time answering queries about rooms and making sure the staff at the different locations are doing their bit. It is not a flashy life. We are just a local business trying to make sure our guests have what they need. We don't have any big slogans or any professional speeches. We just know that if a room is clean and the fan is working, most people are happy. We have been in Neb Sarai for a while now and we know the local shops and the tea stalls nearby. It is just a small office where we handle the daily chores of running a hotel business. We open the doors early and stay until things are sorted.
