Sai Samaras Constructions Private Limited is situated on the ground floor near the community center at Kh 995. Being close to the community center means there is always something happening nearby. We hear the sounds of local events and people gathering which makes the workday feel less lonely. Our office is a humble ground floor unit. We chose this spot because it is easy for our workers and clients to find us without wandering around too much. The space inside is mostly taken up by large tables where we can roll out our construction drawings. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and maybe a map of the local area. The floor is tiled and easy to sweep because we bring in a lot of sand and grit from the sites. We have a small pantry area for making quick meals and plenty of tea for the staff. The plumbing is a bit old so we have to be careful with the sink, but it works fine for our needs. Working out of Kh 995 gives us a good connection to the local neighborhood. We are just regular people trying to run a construction business as best as we can. Every day brings a different set of problems to solve, whether it is a delayed delivery or a change in a building plan. We just take it as it comes and keep working through the day.
