Our office is at 115 Kasturba Gandhi Marg, right in the middle of all the high-rises and busy streets. It's a busy place to work, but we like being where the action is. We focus on some of the bigger projects further out, but this is where we do all the administrative stuff. There are usually a few maps spread out on the tables and people coming in to check on their plots or house status. It’s not a fancy showroom. It’s a working office where we deal with the reality of building things. Construction takes time, and there are always delays with weather or permits. We try to be clear with people about that. Most of our staff have been here for years and they know the history of the different townships we’ve worked on. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy slogans. We just talk about bricks, mortar, and land. People come in with a lot of questions about when things will be finished or what the next phase looks like. We do our best to give them the current info. Dealing with land is always a bit complicated, so we spend a lot of time on the phone with various departments. It’s a lot of back and forth. If you walk into 115 KG Marg, you’ll find us busy with the day-to-day work of keeping these projects moving. It’s practical, everyday work that keeps us occupied.
