Our office, Suburban Realty India Pvt. Ltd., is tucked away in J-146, which is part of the Shri Ram J.J. Camp in Satya Niketan. It is a very lively part of New Delhi, especially with so many students and young people around because of the nearby colleges. The camp area is busy and the lanes can be a bit narrow, but that is where we are. We have a modest setup here. It is just a place to keep the maps, the files, and the phone. Being in the realty business, we spend a lot of time out and about, but this is where we come back to do the paperwork. Satya Niketan has a lot of character and we have been part of it for some time. We aren't some big fancy agency with a glass showroom. We just have our office where we meet people and talk about property. It can be loud outside with all the motorcycles and people walking by, but we have gotten used to it. Sometimes we just sit and watch the world go by from the doorway during our lunch break. We know the local shopkeepers and the people who live on this street. It feels like home to us. We just try to give people the straight story and help them find what they are looking for without making a big fuss about it. It is simple work, really. We just take it one day at a time in this neighborhood.
