Shree Vardhman Enterprises

We are over at Shop No-31 on More Sarai Road, right in the heart of the Old Lajpat Rai Market. If you have ever walked through the market, you know it is a place that never sits still. At Shree Vardhman Enterprises, we are just one of many shops, but we have our own way of doing things. The shop is small and packed from floor to ceiling with whatever we are currently stocking. You have to be careful not to knock anything over when you walk in. More Sarai Road is always full of rickshaws and people carrying bundles, so there is a lot of energy right outside our doorstep. We don't have a website or a big marketing plan. We just open the shutters in the morning and wait for the regulars to stop by. Sometimes the tea man comes around and we take a quick break, but mostly we are just busy with the customers. The air in the market is always thick with the smell of street food and old buildings. Our shop has that same old-school feel to it. It’s a bit messy, the accounting is done in big ledgers, and the fan on the ceiling squeaks a little. But it is our place, and we have been here for years. We just focus on the day-to-day business and keep things moving as best as we can in this busy market.
