We’re located in room 317 over at Bhikaji Cama Place. It’s one of those older commercial hubs that always seems to have something going on. Our office isn't very large, but it gets the job done. We spend most of our time dealing with property matters around this part of South Delhi. It’s a mix of office spaces and some of the residential areas nearby. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just focus on what’s in front of us. Most people who call us are looking for a straight answer about property prices or how to get their registration done. We’ve seen the market go up and down, but we just stay here in Bhikaji. The building has been here for a long time, and so have we. It’s not always easy dealing with all the rules and regulations, but we know our way around them. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phones and meeting people at the sites. Sometimes we’re out all day showing properties, and other times we’re stuck behind the desk with piles of documents. We try to be honest about what a place is worth. If a roof leaks or the plumbing is old, we say so. It’s better that way. People seem to appreciate that we don’t sugarcoat things. We just do the work and try to help folks get settled.
