We are located on the first floor of ECE House. If you’re familiar with Kasturba Gandhi Marg, you know it’s right in the thick of things. Emaar Mgf Land Ltd. is the name on the door. Our daily life involves a lot of maps, blueprints, and legal documents. Real estate in a city like this is never boring, that’s for sure. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors or sitting across the desk from people looking at land. The office isn't overly fancy, despite being in such a well-known area. It’s mostly desks piled with files and the sound of keyboards clicking. We’ve seen the city change quite a bit from our windows here. Some days are just filled with mundane administrative tasks, and other days we’re dealing with big projects that take years to finish. We don’t use a lot of flowery language about what we do. We just work on land and buildings. There are always delays with permits or issues with weather at the sites, but we’ve learned to take it in stride. The team here is a mix of people who’ve been in the trade forever and some newer faces. We mostly stick to our routines. Lunch is usually a quick affair because there’s always something that needs attention. It’s a demanding business, but it keeps us grounded. Being at 28 Kasturba Gandhi Marg makes it easy for people to find us.
