D L F Limited

We are over here in Sector 3 of Rama Krishna Puram, right in the heart of New Delhi. Most people know the name D L F Limited because we’ve been around a long time. It’s pretty busy around here most days, especially in the mornings when everyone is getting started. Our office at 1110 is where most of the planning happens. We spend a lot of time on the phones and looking at blueprints. It’s not always glamorous work, just a lot of paperwork and making sure everything is lined up for the next project. The traffic near RK Puram can be a bit much sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't trying to be some fancy corporate office that you see in movies. It’s mostly just us sitting at desks, drinking chai, and trying to stay on top of the schedule. New Delhi is a fast place, so we try to keep up as best as we can. Some days are longer than others when there is a deadline coming up. We handle a lot of different things here, from small details to bigger building stuff. It’s just the way things go in this business. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we first set up here. It feels like home to us now, even with all the noise outside our windows.
