Arihant International

You can find Arihant International at A-1 on the first floor. We are located at numbers 5818-19 in Gali Matke Wali. It’s right near the Punjab National Bank in Sadar Bazar. Finding us can be a bit tricky because the lanes here are so narrow and winding. Gali Matke Wali is always full of life and people moving around. We chose the first floor because it’s a little bit away from the mud and dust of the street level. We’ve got a couple of rooms where we keep our stock and our main office desk. It’s a bit of an old building, but it’s sturdy and keeps us dry when it rains. We do a lot of international trade stuff from here, mostly handling the paperwork and coordinating with the transporters. The bank being so close is actually quite helpful for our daily work. We drink a lot of coffee and keep the fan on high during the summer. We’ve known the people in the neighboring shops for a decade. It feels like a small village sometimes, even though we are in a massive market. We don't have a website or anything like that, we just rely on the contacts we’ve made over the years. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it keeps us on our toes. The stairs can be a bit dark in the evenings, so we finally put in a better light bulb last week. It’s the little things that make a difference. We don't really bother with fancy decor, just some calendars on the wall and a few photos.
