Vrv Holidays is tucked away at No. 9 A in Naharpur, which is part of Rohini Sector 7. Our office isn't very large, just a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk. We spend most of the day on the phone or looking at computer screens to figure out travel routes and hotel bookings. It gets a bit hectic when several people come in at once asking about train tickets or flight timings. There are maps and some old travel brochures sitting on the table, mostly just to give people ideas. We aren't a big corporate agency with uniforms. It’s more of a local spot where neighbors drop by to plan their family trips or work out how to get to another city. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait a bit to confirm a booking, which can be frustrating. We try to keep track of all the different schedules and prices that change every hour. It’s a lot of typing and checking details over and over. When the weather is nice, we leave the door open to get some fresh air from the street. Most of the people who come here live nearby in Rohini. We just help them get their papers in order and make sure they know where they are going. It’s a simple business helping people move from one place to another for their vacations.
