Out here in Kirpalgarhi, things move a bit slower than in the big cities like Delhi. We are set up at Mr. Dalbir Singh’s place in the village. It’s in the Aligarh district, near the Sadipur post office. Being part of Ricoh India Ltd in a rural area like this means we see a lot of different people. It’s not just about the machines; it’s about being part of the village life too. The office is basically a room where we keep track of everything. We handle what comes in and what needs to go out to the local spots. Sometimes the roads aren't the best, especially when it rains hard and the mud gets everywhere, but we manage. People around here know us as the place for technical stuff. I grew up nearby, so I know most of the faces that walk in through the door. It’s a humble setup, nothing like those big high-rise buildings you see in pictures. We just focus on the daily tasks. We start early when the air is still cool and the cows are moving around. There is a lot of dust sometimes, but that’s just how it is in UP. We don’t have any fancy signs, just the work we do every day. It’s practical and simple, and we like it that way. We just keep the records straight and help out with the equipment when people ask for it.
