Residency Hotels

You can find us at Wz-88 in the Mukhram Park Extension area of Tilak Nagar. We are a small hotel, nothing like those huge towers you see in the center of New Delhi. We have a modest building here and we focus on giving people a place to sleep that doesn’t cost a fortune. The rooms are basic but we make sure the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms work like they should. Tilak Nagar is a lively neighborhood, so there is always noise from the street, but once you get inside it’s okay. We don't have a big lobby or a fancy restaurant inside. Most of our guests are people visiting relatives nearby or staying for a night or two while they finish some business in the city. My family helps run the place, so you might see one of us at the desk at odd hours of the night. We do the laundry ourselves most days to make sure it's done right. The stairs are a bit narrow and the paint might be peeling a little in the corners, but we try to keep it clean. We’ve had all sorts of people stay with us over the years. It’s just a regular local business. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. We just answer the phone when it rings and try to be helpful when someone shows up at the door looking for a room.
