We are located in the Rangpuri Nangal area, near Vasant Kunj. Our office is at A-26. It is a decent spot in New Delhi, though the roads around here can be a bit dusty when there is construction. Red Cedar Hospitality is run by a few of us who have been in the business for some time. We are not trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to do our job well. Most of our day is spent coordinating with different properties and making sure the guest lists are correct. Vasant Kunj is a good area to be in because it is close to the airport and other important parts of the city. Our office has a few desks and a lot of paper. We try to keep things simple. We do not use a lot of fancy software; we mostly rely on what we know works. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait to send our emails. We have a small kitchen area where we make lunch. It is a very grounded atmosphere here. We are not wearing suits and ties every day. We dress for the weather and the work. Dealing with hospitality means being ready for anything. We handle the paperwork, the bookings, and the complaints when they happen. The Rangpuri area has a lot of small lanes and it can be easy to get lost. We put up a small nameplate so people can find the office.
