REAL SINCE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED

Our setup for Real Since India Private Limited is in a DDA Janta Flat in Gazipur. Specifically, we are at F.No. 373B. It is a small space, as these flats usually are, but it is enough for what we need to do. Gazipur is not the fanciest neighborhood in Delhi, but it is where we have set up our base. The flat is basically our office, so it feels very much like a home environment. We have some basic desks and chairs shoved into the main room. It can get a bit stuffy during the summer, and the walls are a bit thin, so we hear everything that is happening in the hallway. We do not have any big signs outside, so you really have to know which flat you are looking for. It is a very low-key operation. Most of our time is spent on the computer or making calls. We do not have any assistants or a receptionist to greet people. If the doorbell rings, one of us just gets up to answer it. We have got a small kitchen area where we make our own chai throughout the day. It is a very simple way of working, without any of the corporate fluff you find in the big office blocks. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to make the most of the space we have. It is a bit messy sometimes, with papers and boxes everywhere, but we know where everything is.
