Raunak Hospitalities is tucked away in Karol Bagh, specifically at 4/38 W. E. A. in the Krishna Market area. If you know Saraswati Marg, you know how busy it gets around here. Our office is right in the middle of all that commerce and noise. Being in Karol Bagh means there’s always something happening outside the door, whether it’s deliveries being made or shoppers looking for a deal. We handle various hospitality tasks from this small base. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. The space isn’t very big, so we have to stay organized, or everything gets messy fast. Most of the people working here have been around Karol Bagh for years, so we’re used to the pace. We don't have a big reception desk or shiny signs. It's more of a functional place where we get the logistics sorted for our clients. Sometimes the chai wala comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take a short break. The market stays crowded until late, so we often end up staying past our usual time to finish up. We don't really talk about big goals. We just focus on making sure the bookings and management side of things are handled correctly so nobody has a reason to complain. It's a practical business run by local people who understand how this market works. We just keep at it and get the work done.
