Ramada Plaza New Delhi

Our office is located on the third floor of JD-17/11 in Khirki Extension. We are right in the middle of Malviya Nagar, which is one of those parts of New Delhi that never seems to sleep. Working for Ramada Plaza from this spot is an interesting experience. We aren't in the main hotel building itself, but this is where a lot of the back-office work happens. It’s a bit of a climb up to the third floor if the lift is acting up, which happens more often than we’d like. The office is pretty basic with just enough room for our desks and a small corner for making tea. We spend our days dealing with bookings and talking to vendors. Malviya Nagar is a crowded area, so finding a place to park is always a bit of a gamble. We usually just take the rickshaws. There are so many food stalls around us that lunch is always the best part of the day. We’ve been here for a few years and we know most of the other people in the building. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything. It’s just a regular workspace where we get things done. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the construction nearby, but you get used to it. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work. It’s a busy life in the 110017 area, but it keeps us moving every day without fail.
