If you go down Qutab Road in the Ram Nagar area, you will find our office at number 7198. It is a busy part of the city, and the streets are always packed with people and carts moving around. Our office is small and functional, with old desks and a lot of logbooks stacked up. We spend most of the day on the phone coordinating with drivers or checking where the latest load has reached. It is the kind of work where things can change in a minute, so there is always a bit of a rush to get things sorted. We don't have any big signs or flashy advertisements; people mostly know us because we’ve been at this spot for quite a while. The smell of diesel and tea is pretty common around here. Sometimes drivers come in to hand over papers and stay for a few minutes to talk about the roads or the weather. It is a gritty job, dealing with traffic jams and mechanical issues, but it is what we do. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that; we just focus on getting the goods from one place to another without too much trouble. Late nights are pretty common when a big shipment is expected, and the chai stall nearby is our main source of energy.
