Indiacare Tours

We have been set up in Rajouri Garden for a while now. Most days it is just us at the desks with a lot of maps and papers spread out. Indiacare Tours isn't a giant place with thousands of employees, but we keep ourselves busy enough. People come in or call because they want to go somewhere else for a bit and need help figuring it out. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking things and making sure the hotels or the cars are actually there when they say they will be. It is mostly just making sure the plans don’t fall apart once someone starts their trip. The office here is easy to find if you know the area well. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with all the traffic, but that is just how Rajouri is. We have our coffee in the morning and start going through the bookings. It involves a lot of double-checking names and dates. If someone needs a ticket to a place we haven't sent anyone to in a long time, we have to look it up and see what the current situation is. We try to keep things simple. There is no big secret to it, just keeping track of the small details so the traveler doesn't have to worry when they are away from home. We like seeing the photos people send back though. That is probably the best part of the whole thing, seeing that a plan we made actually worked out.
