Radisson Hotel,Delhi

Our location at Flat 6062, Sector-B, Pocket-8 in Vasant Kunj is where a lot of the administrative side of things happens for us. People usually think of big lobby areas and fancy lights when they hear the name, but our daily reality is this flat in a quiet residential pocket of New Delhi. It’s a lot of spreadsheets and phone calls back and forth. Vasant Kunj is a nice area, but it can be quite a maze if you don’t know your way around the different pockets. We spend most of our time here managing the schedules and the back-end stuff that keeps the hotel side of things functioning. The windows look out over the neighborhood, and it’s usually pretty quiet except for the occasional delivery truck. We have a small kitchen in the back where we make lunch, and the whole place smells like spices around noon. It’s definitely not a corporate skyscraper environment. We have some old filing cabinets that squeak every time you open them, and the carpet is a bit worn out in the hallway. We just focus on getting the work done so the guests at the actual hotel have what they need. It’s a small team here, and we’ve all worked together for a long time. We don’t really do fancy meetings; we just shout across the room when we need something. It’s a practical setup for us and helps keep the business running.
