You can find us at H-12, right near the Hauz Khas Police Station here in New Delhi. Being close to the station means it’s a pretty well-known spot in the neighborhood. We’ve been operating out of this building for some time now. It’s not one of those massive, impersonal skyscrapers you see in the newer parts of the city. We’re tucked into a more established area where people actually know their neighbors. The daily routine is pretty straightforward. We show up, check the bookings, and make sure the rooms are ready for whoever is coming through. It’s a lot of hands-on work. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or we have to chase down a delivery that got lost in the Hauz Khas lanes, but that’s just life. We don’t have a big corporate office telling us how to speak. It’s just a local team trying to keep things running smoothly. The area gets quite busy, especially in the evenings, but inside it stays relatively calm. We spend a lot of time just making sure the basics are covered. We aren't interested in using big words to describe what we do. It’s about having a place for people to stay and making sure the lights are on. We like being in this part of Delhi because it feels real. Every day brings something different, and we just deal with it as it comes. No frills, just work.
