Prudent Hr Solution is based in Masoodpur, right in the Hitesh Malik Complex. We are quite close to the HDFC Bank in Vasant Kunj, which is a good spot. Our office, House No-B/4, is where we handle a lot of the hiring work for different companies. It’s not a huge setup. We have a few desks and a small area for interviews. Hiring can be a bit of a headache for people, so we try to keep things straightforward. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to candidates. Some days are just back-to-back calls. We don't use a lot of fancy software; we mostly rely on our notes and memory. The neighborhood is okay, there’s always something happening outside. We aren’t some big agency with hundreds of employees. It’s just us trying to match the right person with the right job. Sometimes it works out quickly, other times it takes forever. We don't make any big promises we can't keep. People come in looking for work, and we listen to what they have to say. It’s simple, really. We’ve had all sorts of people walk through that door, from kids fresh out of college to older folks looking for a change. We just take it one day at a time here in Vasant Kunj, keeping the files organized and the coffee pot full. It's a regular office with regular people doing their best to help out. It feels like we are doing something real.
