Prince Hotel & Restaurant

You’ll find Prince Hotel & Restaurant on the 5th floor of the Diwanshri Apartments. We are at number 30, Ferozshah Road, which is in the 110001 area. Being in an apartment building is a bit different for a hotel and restaurant. You have to take the elevator up to the A-3 unit on the fifth floor. It gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding neighborhood. Ferozshah Road is a major street, and it’s usually quite busy during the day. We have both the rooms and the kitchen going here. It’s a lot to manage in an apartment setting. We are often busy cooking in the kitchen while also trying to make sure the guests in the rooms are happy. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of orders coming in, but we make it work. We aren't a big corporate hotel. It’s more of a family-run feel. We do all the work ourselves, from the cooking to the cleaning. We don't have any polished marketing slogans. We just serve food and have a place to sleep. The building is older, so there is always some maintenance work to be done. We spend a lot of our time just keeping the place in good shape. It’s a steady job and we like the location on Ferozshah Road. Some people are surprised when they first come up to the fifth floor, but they get used to it. We keep things pretty simple and just focus on getting through the daily tasks. It's just a regular way to earn a living.
