Preferred Hotel Group

We are based on the second floor of building 2559 in the C-2 block of Vasant Kunj. It is a decent area of New Delhi, though the parking can be a real headache if you arrive anywhere after ten in the morning. Preferred Hotel Group is our name, but don’t let that make you think we own those big hotels you see nearby. We mostly handle the behind-the-scenes work for various properties. Our office is pretty functional and simple. We have computers, a printer that jams way too often, and a small table in the corner for when we eat our lunch together. It is not a high-pressure corporate environment at all. We just spend our time getting through the lists and emails we have for the day. Sometimes it feels like we are drowning in spreadsheets, but we get them done eventually. The view from our second-floor window is not much, just the street and some trees, but it is better than being in a basement. We have been at this address for a couple of years now. Most of the people working here live in the colonies nearby, so we are all locals. We don’t have a receptionist sitting in a suit. If you walk in, you will just see us at our desks working. We try to keep things organized, but on very busy days, there are files lying everywhere. (249 words)
