You can find us in Paschim Vihar, right in the Jwala Heri Market. If you’ve ever been to Jwala Heri, you know how packed and lively it gets. Fish Tail Tours & Travels is right in the middle of all that. We have a small office where we spend our time talking to families about their vacations or helping people figure out how to get to another city for work. We aren't a big online website where you just click buttons. We actually sit down with people and look at brochures and talk about what's realistic for their budget. The office usually has a few posters on the wall that have been there for years and a couple of desks that are covered in papers. We know a lot of the other shop owners in the market, so there’s always someone popping in for tea or a quick question. It’s a very local atmosphere. We don’t try to sell people things they don't need. If a flight is too expensive, we tell them. If a place isn't great at a certain time of year, we mention it. It’s just about being honest and helping neighbors get where they want to go. We’ve been in Paschim Vihar for a long time and we like the rhythm of the market. It’s a lot of work keeping up with all the changes in the travel world, but we manage to get through the day one booking at a time.
