Parkland Group Of Hotels

Our main office is located in the DDA Flats in Kalkaji, New Delhi. It is at 10/312, which is a regular residential block. We have been running the Parkland Group from here for a long time. It might seem strange to have a hotel group office in a flat, but it helps us keep costs down and stay close to the ground. We handle all the management and the paperwork for our properties from this one spot. New Delhi is a busy city, and Kalkaji is right in the thick of it. We spend our days dealing with vendors, talking to the hotel staff, and making sure everything is ticking over like it should. We are not a fancy corporate office with glass walls. We have got old files, a few computers, and a lot of tea being made throughout the day. It is a family-style operation where everyone chips in. Sometimes the power goes out or the phones get cut, and we just deal with it. We do not have any big slogans. We just know how to run hotels because we have been doing it for years. If you come by, you will probably find us arguing over a bill or planning the next renovation. It is a very practical, hands-on way to work. We like being in Kalkaji; it keeps us connected to the real world and our neighbors.
