P Raj & Company is located up on the fourth floor, room 402, in the Pearls Omaxe building in Netaji Subhash Palace. Pitampura is a busy area, and being in one of these big towers means we see a lot of people every day. Our office is just a regular workspace with some desks and a couple of filing cabinets. We’ve been working out of this location for several years now. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. We deal with trading and business supplies, so there’s always something to be done. The air conditioning in the building is usually running, which is a relief in the Delhi heat. We aren't a big corporation with a lot of departments. It’s just a small team of us trying to keep the orders moving. Sometimes we get a bit backed up when multiple things happen at once, but we manage. We grab our lunch from the local spots nearby or sometimes bring it from home. It’s a professional enough environment, but we don’t stand on ceremony. We just want to get the job finished and head home to our families. The parking here can be a bit of a struggle, so we usually try to get in early to avoid the worst of the morning crowd. It is a steady life and we are happy with how things go.
