Bagga Industries

So, Bagga Industries is tucked away in Mayapuri Industrial Area, Phase-2. If you know this part of town, you know it's always loud and crowded with trucks and people moving crates around. Our spot is A- 5/2. It’s an older building, nothing special to look at from the outside, but it gets the job done for us. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now. The floor is usually a bit dusty because of all the work going on throughout the day. You get used to the smell of grease and metal after a while; you don't even notice it anymore. Most days we are just busy keeping up with the orders and making sure the machines are running okay without breaking down. It’s not exactly a glamorous job, but it pays the bills and keeps us occupied. My cousin used to help out here too before he moved away. The traffic in Phase-2 can be a real headache in the late afternoons, especially when the big lorries block up the narrow lanes and nobody can move an inch. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People who need us usually just know where to find us or they hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We drink a lot of chai to keep going during the long shifts. It’s just a regular workshop vibe here. No fancy suits or big meetings, just getting our hands dirty and getting things done.
