Our office and factory are on the first floor of the Pragati Industrial Estate at 133, N. M. Joshi Marg. Navnit Blisters Packs Pvt Ltd has been in this building for years. The stairs can be a bit steep when you're carrying samples, but we’ve gotten used to it. We mainly deal with packaging, specifically blister packs for all sorts of products. It’s a specific kind of work that requires a lot of attention to how the plastic forms. Our space is filled with rolls of material and packing crates. It gets quite warm in the summer months because of the machinery, but we keep the fans going. We aren't a big corporation with fancy titles. Most of us have been here a long time and we just know what needs to be done each day. We talk to our customers directly, no middleman or complicated phone menus. If you call, someone usually picks up right away. The traffic on N. M. Joshi Marg can be a headache sometimes, especially during deliveries, but being central helps us get things out quickly. We don't have a big marketing budget. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign at the estate. We just focus on getting the packaging right so the products inside stay safe. It's practical work and we take it one day at a time. This is just our life here.
