P K HOTELS & RESORTS PRIVATE LIMITED

We are tucked away in Village Samalkha, right on that plot in KH No. 13 Killa-7. It is a bit of a dusty area sometimes, but it is where we have set up shop for P K Hotels & Resorts Private Limited. Working in South West Delhi keeps us pretty busy because the airport is not too far off. We deal with a lot of people coming in and out of New Delhi. It is a simple operation, really. We do not have a big fancy lobby for our main office, just a practical space where we manage the hotel side of things. Most mornings start with a cup of tea and a long list of things to check on. There is always a room that needs a repair or a guest who has a specific question about their stay. We are not trying to be some massive chain with robots; we are just regular people who know the hotel business. Sometimes the traffic in Delhi makes getting things delivered a real headache, but we manage. We have been at this for a while and learned that being direct with people works best. We handle the bookings, keep an eye on the grounds, and try to make sure everything is ticking along. It is hard work, and the days can be long, but we like being part of the Samalkha community. Delhi-110037 has been our home base for a while, and we plan to stay right here.
