Our office for Otik Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away at House Number 52 in Vashist Vihar. It is over in the Shastri Park area of Delhi. This isn't where the actual hotels are but it is where all the boring stuff gets handled. We have a few rooms here filled with files and old computers. The 110084 zip code area is pretty crowded so getting here in the morning is a bit of a struggle sometimes. We handle things like bookings and managing the staff for the different properties we look after. It's mostly just sitting at desks and talking on the phone with managers. We have a small kitchen where we make lunch and talk about the weekend. The office feels more like a home because it's in a residential street. We have to keep the noise down so we don't bother the neighbors. Sometimes the mail gets delivered to the wrong house and we have to go find it. It’s a practical setup for us. We don't have a fancy sign outside or a big reception area. Most people wouldn't even know we are here unless they were looking for the house number specifically. It's just a place where we get the work done so the hotels can keep running. We deal with plenty of paperwork and local vendors all day long. It isn't a flashy life but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
