Online Hotel Reservations

Our small office is located at N-2/C-1 in Delhi, 110095. Basically, we spend our whole day sitting in front of computer screens trying to find hotel rooms for people who call us up. It sounds easy but when the internet starts acting up or the booking sites crash, it gets pretty stressful. We handle all sorts of reservations for different places. We’ve been at this address for a long time and the room is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing and keyboards clicking. We aren't a big travel firm with glossy brochures. It’s just a practical setup where we keep track of which hotels have space and what the current prices are. The neighborhood outside is noisy, but we just stay focused on the lists. Sometimes we have to stay on the line for a long time waiting for a hotel manager to pick up. We try to keep our records straight so no one shows up at a hotel and finds out their name isn't on the list. That’s the worst thing that can happen, so we double-check everything manually. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it pays the bills. We don't have any fancy mission; we just want to make sure the bookings are done right so we don't get complaints. It’s a regular job for us here in Delhi and we just try to keep things moving as best as we can.
