You can find us at G-67/F-1 in Dilshad Colony. We’re Online Hotel Reservations Pvt Ltd, though we mostly just think of ourselves as the small team working out of this flat every day. It’s a busy little office where we spend our time managing bookings and talking to hotels and travelers on the phone. It’s a lot of coordination, and sometimes it feels like we’re playing a giant game of Tetris trying to fit all the different requests into the schedule. We aren't some giant global website with millions in funding or a fancy office in a skyscraper. We’re just a local business in Delhi making sure people have a place to stay when they travel for work or fun. Dilshad Colony is a crowded place with lots of narrow lanes, but it has its own charm, and we like being part of the community here. There’s usually someone coming in with a question or a phone ringing in the background while we’re trying to eat lunch. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any of that polished corporate stuff. It’s just a workspace filled with files, computers, and a lot of coffee mugs. We try to keep things simple and just get the reservations done right for everyone. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes we have to spend way too much time on the phone fixing a small mistake, but that’s just how this business goes.
