Our building is just one of many along this stretch, but it’s where we do all our daily business. We aren't the type of people to use a lot of fancy marketing talk or polished slogans. We just open the doors at 3822 and see who comes in. The area is always buzzing with people and cars, and the noise never really stops. It can be a bit overwhelming for some, but for us, it’s just the background of our workday. We keep things pretty traditional here. The shop might look a bit old-fashioned to some, but it works for us and our customers. We don't have a big corporate team behind us, just the staff here who know the regulars by name. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, but we just take it as it comes. Being part of the Karol Bagh community is important to us. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but Om Parkash Sat Narain is still right here on Arya Samaj Road, doing things the same way we always have.
