We are based over in Jangpura A, specifically at 2/6 A in the Bhogal area of New Delhi. It’s an older part of town with a lot of character and narrow streets. Our office fits right in with the surroundings. We deal with hospitality, which basically means we spend our time making sure hotels and restaurants have what they need to run every day. It’s a lot of coordination behind the scenes. We talk to vendors, check on staff, and look at new menus. Our office is usually full of samples or old brochures. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know exactly where everything is. The 110014 area is home to us. We’ve seen the streets outside change over the years, but we’re still here in the same building. We don't use much corporate talk or fancy mission statements. We just say what needs to be said. If a kitchen needs new equipment, we find it. If a guest has a complaint, we hear about it and try to fix it. It’s a lot of juggling different tasks all at once. We like the work because it’s always something different every morning. Some days are slow, and we just catch up on the filing and cleaning. Other days are a total mess and we’re working late into the evening. It’s just the way the hospitality business goes. We’re just a local team doing our best to keep things running for everyone involved.
