Being in East Delhi means we are away from the main central hub, but we like it this way. The office is always buzzing because the hospitality industry doesn't really sleep. We have phones ringing and people coming in and out at all hours. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s a working office with plenty of coffee stains on the desks and boxes of supplies tucked into corners. We deal with a lot of different people, from vendors to staff, and every day brings a new set of small problems to solve. The building itself is older, so sometimes the plumbing or the lights give us a bit of trouble, but we just call the local guy to fix it and keep moving. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, just a calendar with a lot of circles and notes on it.
