Ntexx Textiles Private Limited

Our place is at House No. 180 on the ground floor in Shastri Nagar. If you know Gali No. 11, we are right there in Block M. It’s a bit crowded around here because it’s a residential and commercial mix, but it works for what we do at Ntexx Textiles. We spend most of the day surrounded by stacks of fabric. Sometimes it’s hard to move around when a new shipment comes in and we have to find space for all the rolls. The lighting isn't always the brightest, but we know where everything is. Usually, one of us is checking the quality while someone else handles the phone. The North West Delhi heat can get quite intense in the summer, especially on this ground floor spot, so the fans are always running. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. People just walk in, and we show them what we have in stock. The street outside is always noisy with rickshaws and delivery bikes, but you get used to it after a week. It’s just how things are in this part of Delhi. We just try to keep the orders moving and make sure the count is right before anything goes out the door. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting and moving stuff, but it keeps us busy. We mostly just drink our tea and get through the list of things to do.
