Our address is C25 South Moti Bagh 2, over in the Nanakpura area of New Delhi. It’s a pretty well-known part of the city, especially with the 110021 zip code. We operate from this building, and it’s a busy spot because of the location. There are always people coming and going. The office isn't about being flashy; it’s more about the practical side of running things. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff here, like bookings, guest services, and general maintenance schedules. It’s a lot of coordination. The building itself is sturdy and has been here for a while. Inside, you’ll find people on phones or looking at screens, trying to make sure everything at the property is running the way it should. South Moti Bagh can get quite congested with traffic, so we often hear the honking from the street. It’s just part of the atmosphere. We have a small staff room where we eat lunch and talk about things other than work for a few minutes. We don’t really use big corporate language or have posters about our values. We just know what needs to be done each day and we do it. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles with the Delhi heat, but we manage. It’s a real place with real people working hard to keep things moving. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for some time now and it feels like home.
