Our place is at No. 2151/3- D in New Patel Nagar. It is easy to find because we are right opposite the Shadipur Depot and the metro pillar number 248 is just right there. Fablas Impex Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from here for quite a while now. The metro trains go past all day and you get used to that rumbling sound after a week or two. It is a busy part of Delhi. There is always people moving around and the depot brings in a lot of buses. Inside, it is mostly just us dealing with the import and export side of things. There are boxes stacked in the corners and the desks are usually covered in papers. We do not have a fancy lobby or anyone to greet you at the door with a smile. You just walk in and find whoever is available. We work hard to keep the logistics moving. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things get delayed, which is frustrating for everyone. But we just keep at it. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that is usually when we take a short break. It is a practical environment. We focus on the business at hand and do not worry too much about the aesthetics of the office. As long as the work gets done and the pillar 248 is still standing, we are doing alright. It's just how we run things.
