If you’re looking for us, we’re tucked away in CR Park, at K 1 74. It’s a residential-feeling part of New Delhi, so it doesn't always look like a big business hub. We’ve been operating from this spot for a good while. The office isn't very large, but we manage to get all the paperwork done for the machinery and parts. Dealing with tractors and heavy equipment means a lot of technical questions and shipping logs. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out for a bit, which is just part of living in this city. We spend most of the day on the phone or responding to messages from people out in the rural areas. It gets a little noisy when the street is busy outside, but we’re used to it. The team here is just a few of us who know the equipment pretty well. We don't have a showroom here or anything, just the administrative side of things. We keep a kettle in the corner for tea, and that’s usually going all afternoon. It’s a practical setup. We handle the logistics, make sure the orders are moving along, and try to keep things organized. It’s not always perfectly tidy, especially when a big batch of files comes in, but we know where everything is. New Holland India is just us working through the daily tasks and making sure the farmers get what they need.
