You can find us inside the Ghaziabad District Court Compound at Raj Nagar 507. Being right in the middle of the court area means we see a lot of lawyers and people dealing with legal stuff all day. It is a very busy place to be. From the moment the courts open in the morning, it is just non-stop until the afternoon. We call it a hotel, but it is more of a place where people can sit and eat a meal while they wait for their cases to be called. The atmosphere is always a bit tense because of where we are located. People are often in a hurry or they are stressed out about their legal problems. We try to get the food out as fast as we can so they don't have to wait even longer. The kitchen is always humming with the sound of cooking. It gets loud with all the talking and the clinking of plates on the tables. Raj Nagar is a central part of Ghaziabad, so there is always movement outside our door. We have been in this spot for many years now. The walls could probably tell a lot of stories if they could talk about all the people who have sat here. We don't have any fancy decorations or anything like that. It is just tables and chairs and food. We focus on making sure the portions are enough to keep people going through their long day. It is a tough job sometimes.
