Our main office is located at A-58 in Nizamuddin East, New Delhi. This is the place where we manage the various properties and hotels that we look after. It’s a quiet enough residential area, which is nice for getting work done. We spend most of our time on the phone or responding to emails about bookings and maintenance issues for the buildings we handle. Many of the places we work with are quite old, so there is always something that needs fixing or a roof that needs looking at. It isn't just about the guests; it’s about making sure these old structures don't fall apart. Here in the office, we have a small team of people who keep track of the accounts and the schedules. We don't have a big flashy lobby here since it’s more of an administrative hub than a hotel itself. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when three different properties have issues at the same time, but we just take it one task at a time. We’ve been at this address for a long time now and we like the neighborhood. It’s got a lot of history itself, which fits with the kind of work we do. We don't put on any airs or graces. We just sit at our desks, drink our tea, and make sure the hotels have what they need to stay open. It’s a lot of coordination and hard work behind the scenes to keep things running.
