You can find us at 216-E in Humayunpur, which is part of the Safdarjung Enclave area in New Delhi. This office is where we handle the back-end side of things for the hotels we manage. It’s not a hotel itself, so don't expect a lobby or room service if you come by. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and people on the phone all day. We spend our time managing bookings, dealing with maintenance schedules, and talking to the staff at the different properties. It gets a bit hectic during the peak travel seasons because everyone is trying to book at the same time. The office is tucked away in a residential part of the enclave, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads. We have piles of papers everywhere—invoices, staff rosters, and guest lists. It’s a lot of administrative work that keeps the actual hotels running smoothly. Sometimes we have meetings that go on too long, and other times we’re just catching up on emails and spreadsheets. It’s a regular office environment. We’ve been at this address for a while now. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work somehow.
