We are located at B-191. It’s just a standard unit, nothing special to look at from the outside. We’ve been operating from this address for quite some time now. Inside, it’s mostly storage and a small area where we handle the admin work. It gets pretty crowded when a new shipment arrives. We have boxes stacked almost to the ceiling sometimes. It’s just a few of us running the show here. We don't have a big staff or a fancy showroom. Most of our days are spent on the phone or checking through the inventory lists to make sure everything is where it should be. The neighbors are alright, mostly other small businesses doing their own thing. Sometimes we share a tea or talk about the traffic on the main road. It’s a quiet enough spot until the delivery vans show up. We don't really do much in terms of marketing. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve worked with us before. It’s a straightforward way of doing business. We keep our costs down by not having a lot of extra stuff we don’t need. It works for us. We just come in every morning, do the work, and go home. There’s no big secret to it, just keeping things organized and making sure the orders go out.
