We don’t have a fancy mission statement or a polished marketing plan. We just manage the properties and make sure things are moving along. It’s a practical way to run a business. We’ve seen the 110051 area grow quite a bit since we started. It’s a good spot for us. We just stick to our work and keep the place going. That’s our story, plain and simple.
