M/S Itc Maurya

We are based at N-81A on the first floor in Panchsheel Park. This is where M/S Itc Maurya handles a lot of its administrative stuff away from the main hotel bustle. Panchsheel Park is a nice, green part of New Delhi, and having the office here makes things a bit calmer for us. We are not the ones you see in the fancy uniforms at the front desk. We are the ones behind the scenes, working in a regular office space with desks and filing cabinets. Our day is mostly filled with coordinating things, checking lists, and making sure the back-end side of the business is running okay. It is not a glamorous job, but it is necessary. We do not have any polished speeches about luxury. To us, it is just about making sure the numbers add up and the schedules are followed. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, with stacks of paper and the smell of coffee always around. We like it because it feels real. Sometimes we have meetings that go on too long, and other times we are just quietly doing our own thing. It is a practical setup in a good location. We do not try to act like we are something we are not. We are just a team of people doing the heavy lifting so everything else goes smoothly. That is really all there is to it when you look at it.
