You can find us at L-22, Sham Park in the Nawada area of Uttam Nagar. Being M/S. Hotel & Food Services (P) Ltd., our whole day revolves around meals and people staying over. It is a very busy part of New Delhi, so there is always something going on right outside our door. The kitchen is usually the loudest place here, with pots clanking and the smell of spices everywhere. We have been operating out of this building for a good while. It isn’t a five-star luxury place, but it is clean and the food is real. We spend a lot of time checking our supplies and making sure the kitchen staff has what they need. Uttam Nagar is crowded, but that means we see a lot of different people coming in for a quick bite or a place to sleep. We handle the bookings and the catering orders ourselves. There isn't any fancy software doing the work, just us and our notebooks. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time parking on the narrow street, so we have to go out and help them. It is hard work and the hours are long, especially when we have big food orders to get out. We focus on making sure the food tastes like it should and that guests are comfortable. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We are just a local business trying to do things right in Sham Park.
