Our administrative side is based out of Flat No. 31A in the Himgiri Apartments, over in Kalkaji Extension. It’s a quiet spot in Pocket A-14, which is a bit different from the busy hotels we manage. Mosaic Hotels, A Venture Of Shipra Group, spends a lot of time on the behind-the-scenes work here in New Delhi. Managing hotels isn't just about the lobby and the rooms; it’s a lot of accounting, planning, and organizing. We have a small team here that handles the phone calls and the scheduling. It’s a humble office, not some grand hotel suite. We like it that way because it keeps us focused on the tasks at hand. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the paperwork, but we manage. We aren't trying to be overly polished or corporate. We are just a handful of staff who know the hotel business inside and out. We talk about staffing, maintenance, and how to keep things running smoothly for our guests. Kalkaji Extension is a good place for us to be grounded. Every morning we start with a list of things to do and we just work our way through it. It’s not always exciting, but it’s necessary to make sure everything else works. We don’t use a lot of buzzwords. We just focus on the practical reality of running a hospitality business. It’s a lot of small details that add up to the bigger picture.
