We are located at 319, Indra Prakesh Building in the middle of New Delhi. It's a busy place, 110001, right in the heart of everything. Morphaz Hotels And Resorts Private operates out of this one room on the third floor. You have to wait for the lift sometimes because the building is full of different offices and people running around. It’s quite noisy outside with the traffic and the street sellers, but inside it’s just us and our desks. We’ve been here for a while. The building is one of those older ones that has a lot of character, maybe even a bit of dust here and there. We don't have a big reception area or a sign with flashing lights. It’s just a name on the door. Most of our day is spent looking at schedules and talking to property managers. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, but we have a small fan that keeps us going. We’re not some giant chain with thousands of employees. It’s just a handful of us who know the city well. We picked this spot because it’s central. You can get anywhere from here. It’s not a fancy resort itself, just the place where we organize the work. Sometimes we order chai from the guy downstairs and just talk about the next steps for the business. It’s a very normal, everyday sort of office life here in the city. We don't mind the noise at all.
