We operate out of Ashok Vihar Phase III, right in Shakti Nagar Extension. The address is C-105, and it’s a pretty standard building for this part of North West Delhi. Being a trading enterprise means our phones are almost never silent. There is always someone calling about a price or a delivery time. We try to stay organized, but with so much going on, the desks usually end up covered in sticky notes and old invoices. We've been in this spot for a good while now and know all the local shopkeepers. It’s a good community. We handle all sorts of trading tasks, mostly focusing on getting goods from one place to another without too much trouble. Sometimes the logistics get complicated, especially with the Delhi traffic, but we manage. We aren't a big corporation with many layers, just a few of us making decisions on the fly. If something goes wrong, we just talk it out and fix it. We don't have a formal dress code or scheduled meetings. We just talk across the room when something needs doing. It's a humble setup, but it gets the job done. Getting orders right and on time is more important to us than having a fancy office. The office is a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock, but we make it work somehow. We're just regular people trying to run a decent trading business without too many headaches.
